lol couldnt fit them all in the last post and cant be bothered going to make a slideshow so here are some more.
Ok this is another fairy dufex decoupage, I just love the effect of these they are quite addictive
a simple card made with papers I got free from my magazine subscription and the cuttlebug butterfly. I cut out a portion of the flowery patterned paper . then cut out some individual flowers to layer them on top. Added a congratulations panel and some rhinestones in flower centres.
This one was a bit more complicated lol I stuck a piece of floral paper to card and then cut out a portion of it to cover the part of the front of the card leaving a flap to fold round the back to hinge it. I then cut out the gaps between the flowers with a craft knife and stuck it so it opened on the front of the card. I used pink and purple blending chalks around the edges of the textured base card and added a cuttlebug butterfly and 2 smaller punched buterflies. I put rhinestones in the flower centres and on the large buttefly to finish. I stamped a happy birthday greeting behind the flower screen.
last but certainly not least is this card I made for my message board friend Jeannie way out there in Alabama. for this I got my good friend Chris to cut me some leaves with the Maple leaf cut n emboss set which she has. I cut ovals with the cricut and computer generated the greeting on it. Jeannie is a butterfly lover just like me so I had to include the cuttlebug butterfly.
I forgot to take a pic before I sent this so Jeannie scanned it for me. the base card is actually a pearlised white card and the leaves are two shades of green. what I am amazed at is the leaves still look curled even after their airmail journey. Chris always laughs at me when I start curling leaves and wings on my fingers lol.

Just spotted your maple leaf card, love it and thanks for enabling me!!! I recently made some cards for a card swop and cut the leaves in SCAL, then triple embossed them, but I did not have anything to make the veins.
